How do I book a call-out?
You can book a call-out by emailing us or by filling out our online request form. We will confirm your appointment and provide a quote based on the issue. (Direct phoneline coming soon)
What are the costs for repairs?
Our initial diagnosis call-out is £50. Additional labour is charged at £60 per hour. Parts are charged separately unless otherwise stated in our service pricing.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes, we offer remote IT support for home users and small businesses. This allows us to resolve software issues and network problems from a distance without a physical visit.
How do you ensure data safety?
We take data protection very seriously. We follow strict protocols to ensure your information is handled securely. We will always explain the process and any necessary backups.
What is included in a health check?
A PC Health Check includes a full diagnostic scan for viruses and malware, a performance optimisation review, and a general system health assessment to improve speed and reliability.
